About Internet Banking

Raymond James Bank Internet Banking introduces you to a more convenient way of handling your finances. By bringing together a combination of industry-approved security technologies to protect your personal financial information, your banking can be done safely and securely 24 hours a day from any computer with Internet access in the world. There is no special software required.

View all of your Raymond James Bank account balances, including:

• Checking
• Savings
• Money market
• CDs
• Cash sweep accounts linked to Raymond James investment accounts
• Home equity loans and lines of credit

Access your account history to:

• View transaction details for the current and previous month’s statement
• Export account history for use with Quicken®, Microsoft Money® and other accounting software programs
• Search history for specific transactions

Transfer funds:

• Between your Raymond James Bank accounts
• From your Raymond James Bank account into another client’s Raymond James Bank account
• Set up transfers to automatically occur on a future date
• View your fund transfer history

Pay bills with the optional Bill Pay feature:

• Pay your bills without writing a check
• E-bills: receive bills electronically from qualifying vendors; if you wish, select the option to automatically pay e-bills as soon as they are presented
• Set up bill information - such as company name, address and account number - for quick future use
• Establish automatic repeating payments

Existing User Login Instructions:

• For current users, login with your existing user name.  The password is the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
• After initial login, you will be asked to re-enter your password and then create a new password as well as update your email address. A correct email address is important so that system announcements can be sent to you.
• The system will then prompt you to set three user validation questions.  These questions will allow you to reset your own password if you forget it as well as verify your identity if you access Internet Banking from a different computer in the future.
• After these initial steps, you will be able to access your account information, pay bills and transfer funds between Raymond James Bank accounts. On your next visit, you will only need to enter your user name and the new password you chose to access the system.  If you have any questions about this process, please call our Client Service Department during regular business hours (8AM - 6PM Eastern Time) at 800-718-BANK (2265).

• New users who do not have an existing Raymond James Bank Internet Banking account should go to the login page and click the "register" link at the top.
