Internet Banking Login Help

For assistance with problems experienced during login, please email Raymond James Bank or call the Internet Banking Client Service Department at 877-874-BANK (2265) during normal business hours. For best performance, the newest version available of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or AOL browser should be used.

Your password must be entered EXACTLY like you set it up, including UPPER and lower case letters.

NOTE: Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5 and later saves user names and passwords. It automatically completes your log-in. This could allow others using your computer to use your login without knowing your password. To learn how to disable the AutoComplete feature please refer to AutoComplete in Internet Explorer Help.

Tips for logging in:

Part of the system security relies on cookies. If your browser is not configured to accept them, then log-in efforts will fail.

To check your browser in Internet Explorer, click View menu option at top of the browser. Select Internet Options, then select Advanced tab. Scroll down to Cookies section. Client must accept cookies for security, so check either "Prompt before accepting cookies" or "Always accept cookies." Click OK.

Consult your browser's help files for assistance with earlier versions.

Browser Requirements

NOTICE: Raymond James Bank Internet Banking requires a browser with 128-bit encryption. Follow these steps to check your current version and, if necessary, download and install a new browser. Printing a copy of this page may be helpful.

INTERNET EXPLORER - The browser you need is Microsoft Internet Explorer with 128-bit encryption. You can either purchase the browser on CD-ROM from Microsoft by calling (800) 485-2048, or you can download a free browser from the Microsoft web site.

Check your version of Internet Explorer by going to "Help" on the browser menu bar and clicking "About Internet Explorer". If the Cipher Strength is not 128-bit, click Download Now to go to Microsoft's download site. Review download information, then click "Start Downloading".

  • Select "Extra Security 128-bit Browser".
  • Confirm the download location information.
  • Provide citizenship and contact information.
  • Select the specific browser or patch that you want to download.
  • Once download is complete, install your new browser by double-clicking the file you saved, and return to Raymond James Internet Banking to access your accounts.

AOL - The browser you need is America Online with 128-bit encryption. Download time could require up to two hours. If you have trouble downloading, please contact America Online Customer Service by calling (888) 265-8006.

Check your version of AOL by going to "Help" on the browser menu bar and clicking "About America Online".  If your Cipher Strength is not 128-bit, go to Keyword: 128Browser. Follow the instructions for downloading and installing your new 128-bit browser.  Once installation is complete, return to Raymond James Bank Internet Banking to access your accounts.
