Leadership Team
Darlene McConnell joined Raymond James Bank in June 2000. She has 26 years of lending experience, including various positions involving multi-state mortgage and home equity lending encompassing loan processing, underwriting, post-closing, secondary marketing, quality control and regulatory compliance. In her position at Raymond James Bank, Darlene is responsible for developing Raymond James Bank’s nationwide retail lending program through management, production, delivery, and investment directives. Her responsibilities also include development, delivery, and introduction of new products, as well as adherence to lending compliance, Community Reinvestment Act initiatives and loan policy. McConnell serves a number of community organizations, including being board member and secretary for the Largo Area Housing Development Corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the housing needs of low- to moderate-income families.
