Joe joined Raymond James Bank in 2010 as senior vice president, mortgage banking executive. Before coming to Raymond James, Joe served as senior vice president and director of residential lending for Florida Bank in Tampa, Florida, where he was tasked with launching its residential lending group. Prior to that, Joe worked for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, serving as Florida president. In that capacity, Joe grew HomeBanc’s central Florida business, seeing the largest regional growth within HomeBanc for five consecutive years.
As senior vice president, Joe is responsible for growing Raymond James Bank's retail residential lending group through outside sales channels, increasing the penetration of referral business from the Raymond James network of financial advisors, and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the retail lending sales organization.
Before entering the financial industry, Joe worked as a coach for both college and professional football, including the Philadelphia Eagles, the Cincinnati Bengals, University of Notre Dame and Louisiana State University. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
