Jeffrey P. Julien – Chairman of the Board

  • Joined Raymond James Financial, Inc. in 1983; named Chief Financial Officer in 1987 and is responsible for all SEC reporting and financial management of the bank's parent public company
  • CPA with Price Waterhouse prior to joining Raymond James Financial
  • Serves on the board of Raymond James Trust

    • Formerly licensed as a certified public accountant in the state of Florida

Paul Carey

  • Former managing director of Allied Irish Bank’s Corporate Banking North American unit and worked in several other capacities during his 29-year tenure there
  • Also held roles in the audit and taxation department of Craig Gardner & Co. (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), assistant executive for Industrial Credit Company as well as a consultant for the Department of Finance
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor of Commerce degree, University College Dublin, 1974
    • Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland

Deborah Dubois Davis

  • Managing Director of DD Davis Compliance Advisory Services, LLC, which provides advisory services and expert advice and testimony regarding financial institutions compliance and anti-money laundering requirements
  • Formerly practiced law in New York before joining Fleet Financial Group's legal department; moved on to become Fleet’s Chief Compliance Officef, and when Fleet and Bank of America merged, she became a compliance executive with Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. She later assumed the role of CCO for Wells Fargo and Toronto Dominion Group.

Tash Elwyn
