Immediate access to your account information is just a phone call away. Bank 24-hours a day, 365 days a year just by calling 888-4RJ-BANK (475-2265). Enhanced TeleDirect® offers a streamlined menu and quick and easy access to your account information:

  • Verify Visa® CheckCard transactions in addition to checking, money market and savings account balances as well as home equity line of credit and loan balances
  • Verify deposits, Internet Banking transactions and ATM transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Obtain up-to-date rate and product information
  • Transfer to a Client Service Representative (Monday - Friday. 8 AM - 6 PM, ET)
  • Enter your PIN number just once for access to ALL information

To access your account information, just call 1-888-4RJ-BANK (475-2265) and enter the last four digits of your social security number as your PIN the first time you call. You may change your PIN number once inside the system by following the appropriate voice prompts.
