- Obtain up-to-date rate and product information

- Enter your PIN number just once for access to ALL information
To access your account information, just call 1-888-4RJ-BANK (475-2265) and enter the last four digits of your social security number as your PIN the first time you call. You may change your PIN number once inside the system by following the appropriate voice prompts.
