Tuyen joined Raymond James in November 2002. As the chief administrative officer, Tuyen oversees the strategy for Raymond James Bank’s data governance, supplier risk management, technology, information security, corporate deposits and technical support.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Tuyen began her career as an IT and operational risk consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, with Raymond James as a client. Since joining Raymond James, she has led the development and implementation of several key initiatives for the firm including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, the Raymond James Bank Deposit Program (a multibank sweep program, allowing clients up to $3 million in FDIC insurance), securities based line of credit, and most recently the Enhanced Savings Program.

Tuyen is the executive sponsor for Raymond James Bank & Raymond James Trust Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee and is active in multiple inclusion networks (WIN – Women’s Inclusion Network, Valor – Veteran’s Inclusion Network, Mosaic – Multicultural Inclusion Network). Previously, she was the co-chair of the SIFMA AMA Roundtable for three years, acting as lead chair for the 2018 and 2019 conferences.

Tuyen graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in decision information science.
