  • Loans from $10 million to $40 million
  • 3- to 7-year term loan maturity, with up to 30 years of amortization
  • 1 to 5 years of revolving loan maturity

Corporate loans and lines of credit

Ideal for acquisitions, refinances and a variety of other business purposes, our corporate term loans and lines of credit offer financing for clients with needs starting at $10 million. Additionally, we provide financing and refinancing of commercial real estate, with commercial real estate loans starting at $10 million.

Collateral accepted

  • General corporate assets including but not limited to accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets like machinery, equipment and certain real estate

General characteristics

  • Business operating cash flow should cover debt payments in varying economic scenarios
  • Asset collateral should provide adequate coverage for loan requirements
  • Business should have positive historical trends and defendable economic projections

Commercial real estate loans

Whether it’s new property for expanding businesses, income-producing apartments, office buildings or distribution facilities, we provide financing and refinancing for commercial real estate starting at $10 million.

General guidelines

  • Loan to values and loan to cost of up to 70%
  • Minimum debt service coverage of 1.20x
  • Principal recourse is strongly preferred or “as appropriate”

  • Commercial and residential land/acquisition and development loans
  • Warehouse/revolving lines of credit
  • Construction financing
  • Agricultural lending
  • Equity cash outs
