Jorge has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. With this knowledge, he has spent the last eight years coaching financial advisors to enhance the overall client experience. Jorge does this by helping financial advisors and their clients have a better understanding of how to best manage their liabilities and credit needs.
Jorge joined Raymond James Bank in August 2022. Prior to joining Raymond James Bank, Jorge was a productivity consultant with Wells Fargo Advisors, where he coached financial advisors on investment management and liability management.
Before that, he was a wealth credit advisor for four years; during this time, he was helping financial advisors and their clients by selling securities based lines of credit and business loans. Jorge was also a mortgage loan officer for four years with Wells Fargo Mortgage.
Originally from Colombia, Jorge attended business school at Universidad Del Norte. Currently, he resides in Weston, Florida, and loves spending time with his wife, Angelika, their three sons and their golden retriever. Jorge also enjoys a good round of golf and occasionally kitesurfing.
