Lisa Furnell has been with Raymond James Bank since 1998 and offers more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily in retail branch management, lending, operations and business development. Her extensive background lends itself easily to helping homebuyers with their residential financing needs.

In addition to her mortgage industry experience, Lisa has extensive training in sales, service and performance management. She is also a member of the Independent Real Estate Professionals organization. In February 2012, March 2013 and 2014, Lisa was recognized as part of the top 1% of mortgage originators in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine.

Lisa is very active in the Tampa Bay community, volunteering time to organizations including the United Way Allocation Panel; Largo Area Housing Development Corporation, where she has served as board member and treasurer; the Community Service Foundation, where she serves as board member; the YMCA Highpoint Advisory Board; Northeast High School’s Academy of Finance, where she volunteers and has served as a board member; treasurer of Fighting for Children; a member of All Children’s Development Council; treasurer of the West St. Petersburg Rotary Club; and the Pinellas County Wealth Building Coalition.

Lisa also served as a Navy ombudsman during Operation Iraqi Freedom with unit NAVELSF FWD (A). She loves spending time with family and entertaining friends. An outdoor enthusiast, Lisa enjoys kickboxing, boating and biking.
