Will Guthrie joined Raymond James Bank in 2022 as a banking consultant. He brings over a decade of experience in helping individuals, families and business owners optimize their balance sheet through strategic liquidity planning and liability management. Leveraging his expertise in home financing, securities based lending and structured lending, Will partners closely with financial advisors in the Midwest (Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa) to develop financing solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Prior to joining Raymond James Bank, Will was regional lending director for Wells Fargo Advisors in the Minnesota market. Will also served as a private mortgage banker with the Wells Fargo home mortgage team and later became a national program manager for the Wells Fargo Advisors mortgage partnership.

Before beginning his professional career, Will graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Kristen, and their young children, Louis and Margot.
