Mary Lynn Moser joined the Raymond James Bank Board of Directors in January 2010 and became chair of the Audit & Risk Committee in May 2015. She served in the banking industry for 27 years with Bank of America and predecessor banks, including serving as Senior Vice President and Compliance Executive, as Managing Director in Bank of America Securities and as Branch Administrator of the Charlotte branch banking network. Mary Lynn also launched and managed Bank of America’s middle market loan syndication business.
She serves as director of Mary’s Meals USA, a nonprofit organization that feeds children in schools in some of the world’s poorest communities and as co-chair of the Mission Outreach Committee of Moorings Presbyterian Church.
Mary Lynn received her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from Indiana University.
