Gordon is the president and co-owner of Highway Safety Devices, a provider of contracted services specializing in the installation and repair of signalization, guardrail, signage and lighting on highway and road construction projects. He’s the former chief executive officer of Stonegate Partners, a Florida-based financial buyout firm focused on acquiring middle market companies, and previously served Bank of America for 15 years, including strategies group executive for the state of Florida

Gordon has served as director of Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, Abilities of Florida, Pinellas County Urban League, United Way of Pinellas County and the Pinellas County Education Foundation. He’s on the executive board of Tampa Bay Partnership, was the chairman of American Heart Association 2001 Heart Ball, the sector coordinator of the city of St. Petersburg’s Project WIN and is part of the Tampa Bay Urban Bankers Association.

Gordon holds an MBA from Memphis State University.
