Robyn has an accomplished 37-year career focused on advising commercial and investment banking clients through various transformational capital raising transactions. She has a proven track record successfully balancing client and risk management while achieving consistent strong revenue generation.
Most recently Robyn was the former Group Head and Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Over the course of her career at Bank of America (1985-2011) and subsequently at KeyBank, Robyn has continuously demonstrated strategic leadership through her experience building multiple businesses from the start-up phase. Following her 26-year career at Bank of America, she joined KeyBank in 2011 to create the loan syndicate, research and institutional loan sales functions as a member of the Debt Capital Markets leadership team. Robyn is committed to diversity and recognizes its importance in leadership roles which led her to founding and chairing the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Women’s Forum at Bank of America.
Robyn is a recognized thought leader in her field and has been throughout her professional career, having served the industry in various roles and through speaking engagements for a number of industry partners including the Loan Sales & Trading Association, Refinitiv LPC, University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and the Wall Street Women Forum.
Beyond her successful career, Robyn has remained dedicated to giving back and supporting the non-profit community as she has served as Board Member and Training Chairman for the Junior League of Charlotte, managed various corporate United Way campaigns and mentored college students and young professionals.
Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management with a Computer Science Minor from Clemson University.
