Bo joined Raymond James Financial, Inc. in 1969 and was elected to the board in 1977. He served as president from 1986 to March 2002 and is currently serving as vice chairman.

He is a trustee of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association Board, Academy Prep Center for Education and the Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc. He holds the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award from Georgia Tech, is the past president of the Elk River Property Owners Association, and is part of Who’s Who in America. He’s also a former Boy Scouts of America scoutmaster and a member of Leadership St. Petersburg.

Bo holds a B.I.E. with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
