Fred joined Raymond James Financial in 1993 as the manager of Taxable Fixed Income and currently serves as senior vice president of Fixed Income. He previously served as the head of investment banking, head of capital markets and chief financial officer at other firms.

Fred holds a Raymond James membership to the following committees: Enterprise Risk Committee, Asset/Liability Committee, Compliance & Standards Committee, Alternative Investment Commitment Committee, ARS Committee, Closed End Fund Commitment Committee, Corporate Finance Commitment Committee, Fixed Income Credit Committee, Fixed Income Taxable New Issue Commitment Committee, and the Public Finance Commitment Committee. He also has a Raymond James Bank membership for the Asset/Liability Committee, Executive Loan Committee and the Trading Portfolio Investment Committee.
